Common issues
I lost my host PIN and can't manage my event. Tap "Forgot PIN?" on the host sign-in screen and enter the email on your account. We'll send a one-time reset link. If you never set an email, email hnscorpph@gmail.com from the address you used to install the app and include the event code.
The event code isn't working. Codes are 6 characters, letters + numbers, no spaces. Codes are case-insensitive. If the event has been closed by the host, the code is no longer valid — ask the host whether the event is still live.
The camera screen is black. KUHA needs the Camera permission. Go to Settings → Apps → KUHA → Permissions → Camera and set it to "Allow only while using the app". Then restart KUHA.
My photos aren't appearing on the roll. KUHA uploads in the background. If your connection drops, photos are queued and retried. Check that you have internet and that the event hasn't been closed. If the issue persists for more than 10 minutes, write to us with the event code.
The countdown is wrong. The reveal time is set by the host in their local timezone and shown in yours. If the times look off, the host may have edited the event. Ask them — only they can change reveal time.
How do I delete my account? Use the in-app flow or the web form on our Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent and applies to all events you hosted.
Status
For service-wide outages, we post updates at hnscorpph.com. If KUHA appears completely down, please check there before emailing.
