Delete your account & data
You can delete your KUHA account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, or by sending us a request from this page. Both routes result in the same outcome.
Option 1 · Delete from inside the app
Open the KUHA app on your Android device.
Make sure you're signed in as the host whose account you want to delete.
Tap your profile avatar (top-right) → Settings.
The Settings screen is the gear icon at the bottom of your profile menu.
Tap Account → Delete account.
You'll see a red "Delete account" row at the bottom of the Account screen.
Confirm with your 4-digit host PIN.
This verifies you are the owner of the account before any data is removed.
Read the summary, then tap Delete forever.
You'll see a list of what's about to be deleted (events, photos, account email). Once you confirm, you're signed out immediately and deletion begins.
Option 2 · Request deletion from this page
If you can't access the app — for example, you've changed phones and don't remember your PIN — you can request deletion here. We will verify your identity by email before deleting.
