Because we currently accept direct QR payments (Maya, BDO, Maribank) while our corporate bank account is being opened, we want you to be 100% sure who you're paying. Verify every detail below before you send anything.

The QR codes shown inside the app are exact images of these accounts. Always cross-check the recipient name when your bank/wallet shows the confirmation screen before you tap "Send".

How we prove every payment

Acknowledgment Receipt (AR). Every payment we approve gets a sequentially-numbered AR PDF — emailed to you and downloadable from your host dashboard. AR numbers are gap-free (AR-2026-000001, AR-2026-000002, …) so we can't quietly drop one.
Official Receipt (OR) on request. Need a BIR-stamped OR for your employer's expense report? Request one from your dashboard. We respond within 2 business days. (We're working on CAS accreditation so ORs are automatic.)
Manual review. Activations are not automatic — a human at HNS Corp. verifies the payment in our bank/wallet app before flipping your event to active. You get an email when we do.

🚩 Red flags — none of these are us

Different account names. If a name other than "Kristian Jeffrey Sacdalan" or "SCATTO" appears on the recipient screen, stop.
Different domains. We only use scatto.hnscorpph.com and hnscorpph.com. Not .net, not .shop, not scatto-app.com, not Telegram/Viber DMs.
Asking for your PIN. Support will never ask for your host PIN. We can reset it via email; that's it.
Different email addresses. Real SCATTO email always ends in @hnscorpph.com or comes from hnscorpph@gmail.com (or our verified Resend sender during onboarding).
"Upgrade fees" beyond pricing. Our prices are public: ₱249 / ₱699 / ₱999 / ₱2,999 per event. We never ask for "release fees" or "tax processing fees" on top.
